Sometimes a song is just for you and God. Or maybe it's meant for your friends or even your congregation on a Sunday morning. But, what if some of your songs are meant to make a greater impact? This is where knowing how to administer your catalog of songs becomes vital.
But there are so many details with song administration - it can feel overwhelming to know where to even start or to be sure you're really doing things right. That's where Holly Salazar comes in. She takes her 12 years of experience as a songwriter, publisher, catalog manager and music licensor to guide you one simple step at a time through the process of proper song administration.
In this course, Holly gives overviews and step-by-step demonstrations of Copyrights, Performing Rights Organizations, SoundExchange, Harry Fox, CCLI, Mechanical Royalties, Distribution, and so much more. You will learn the most common terms and definitions you need to know to confidently manage your growing song catalog. You will be given PDFs downloads, templates and guides to help make it easier for you.
Holly will take the mystery and overwhelm out of administering your own song catalog so that every song you write has a chance to make the greatest impact and shine as bright as it was meant to be!
